Due to constantly changing conditions, we can not guarantee delivery timelines will be as listed above. We will however ensure you receive your order within 28 days of purchase.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

For customers living in remote areas please be aware that delivery may take longer than estimated.

Large orders are sometimes despatched from our warehouse as multiple parcels and occasionally these parcels will arrive at different times. Please refer to your despatch confirmation email for delivery tracking information.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? 

We would hope that you have chosen your parts wisely and it was not a 2am bleary eyed purchase bought on a whim.

If an item isn’t what you expected,  you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you, the item must be returned to us in the original condition, unfitted and in its original undamaged packaging.

Please consider we are a business, and we will have to resell the item if we can, all returns cost us time and money, it is not like the items are cheap flipflops we can just throw in the bin.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Once you have mailed us we will email you a return slip from our approved courier.

Please include all paperwork (delivery note etc) and enclose this within your parcel.

Remember communication is the key to all aspects of life,  we wish we could but we cannot read minds. Please notify us prior to return dispatch. We will require a photo of the wrapped parcel with fixed label using the email address below.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received we will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible. During exceptionally busy periods this can take up to 14 working days. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment and can take an additional 5 - 10 days after being processed to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

All items are inspected prior to dispatch, however, if postie has decided to kick the box around in the back of his van and you receive an item which has damaged packaging, or you suspect has been broken/damaged during transit you must contact us at: info@motorcycleexhaustcompany.com as soon as possible.

We know it is a pain in the ass, but we will require a photo of the damaged unopened box prior to returning the item using the email above.

Once you have mailed us with the photo of the damaged box/item we will email you a return slip from our approved courier.
